Understanding your payment for accomodations
We're doing things a little bit different for our wedding by hosting everyone at Hawkesdene's bed-and-breakfast-like accommodations. To support overnight stays, we request that each guest contributes a set amount of money. This covers everything for the whole weekend, from Thursday through Sunday: accommodations, food, drinks, and fun.
Our requested contribution is static, and does not change based on what day you arrive. The price varies based on the age of the guest.

After completing your RSVP, the next step is to submit your payment via Hawkesdene's secure online portal. Please ensure this is done by July 15th, 2025, to confirm your accommodation.

Navigate to this link on Hawkesdene's website and submit the payment form.

- In the “Details” section, please mark “Yes” that you have been invited to a wedding
- Record the day that you're arriving
- Choose “Caroline & Cooper - September 13, 2025” as the “Name of Couple or Group”
